SUMMARY

Molly went into labor during her sister, Sarah’s, wedding to Matt Gray and gave birth to twin boys, whom she and Brent named Caleb and Christian. Though Molly and Brent divorced when the twins were young, they maintained a cordial co-parenting relationship, and the boys split their time between their parents’ houses.

In 2017, the twins were high school students at King’s Bay Academy. Christian — the more sensitive and rule-abiding of the pair — developed close friendships with Bree Halston and Marcus Gray. Molly and Brent speculated whether their son might be gay but didn’t want to pressure him into coming out.
