SUMMARY

Mia, an old friend of the late Nicole Gray, came up as part of Sarah Fisher’s investigation into Nicole’s death and the rift between brothers Matt and Jake. She later found love with Nicole’s widower, Jake, and they married and had a son together. They raised their son in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where the Gray brothers had grown up.

In 2017, the family visited King’s Bay for the grand opening of Bill’s on the Pier, and shortly afterward, Jake accepted a job at King’s Bay Academy. They moved to King’s Bay. Marcus was severely injured during a car accident also involving his cousin, Tori, for which Jake blamed Matt. Mia tried to help mend the rift between the brothers, which finally concluded after Matt donated a kidney to an ailing Jake.
