SUMMARY

When Claire Fisher received a mysterious birth certificate, she and Brent Taylor looked up the woman listed as the mother on it. Her name was Kathleen Bundy, and she worked as a lunchlady in another Washington city. Kathleen told them that she had given her newborn son, whom she’d felt unprepared to raise without the father, to a couple calling themselves the Claytons. This led to Claire discovering that the son she and Tim had raised, Travis, was actually Kathleen’s biological child, and Spencer Ragan was the boy to whom Claire had given birth. James Robbins and Loretta Ragan had “adopted” Kathleen’s baby in order to switch him with Claire’s baby. Eventually, Travis wanted to meet his biological mother, and although Kathleen was initially reluctant to form a relationship, they warmed to one another.

As time passed, Kathleen even began to visit Travis in King’s Bay, and it was during the chili cook-off in 2016 that she met Jimmy Trask. The two hit it off, and in 2018, they were married. Jimmy surprised Kathleen with a wedding gift: a bar for them to run together, dubbed The Wild Lady, after the way Kathleen had introduced herself to Jimmy upon their first meeting.
